| 10:00 am | Camping opens for participants. |
| 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm | Bib/Chip Pick Up/Release Signing: Under the main festival tent. NOTE: Everyone on your team must be present to pick up bibs/chips. When all members of your team have signed the insurance waiver, an entry packet will be issued to the team captain.

Saturday, August 9, 2008: Race Day
| 8:00 am - 10:00 am | Bib/Chip Pick Up/ Release Signing: Under the festival tent ONLY. Same drill—all team members must be present. Glen View Café Open: Coffee and light breakfast available for purchase under the Festival tent and in the main Lodge. |
| 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Expo Open - Next to the Festival Tent Great Glen Outfitters - Open, Under the Festival Tent |
| 9:00 am - 10:30 am | Have your team photo taken by Macomber/McKinney Photographers - Under the festival tent. |
| 10:00 am - 4:00 pm | Free Climbing Wall - In the field by the Festival Tent Free Kayaking - Pond |
| 10:30 am - 11:00 am | Riders Meeting under the Festival Tent. This half hour meeting is mandatory for all team Captains and Co-Captain. This is an opportunity for us to go over the event rules prior to the race. All team members are welcome. Everyone will have a chance to ask questions regarding the race rules, chip timing, scoring procedures and weekend schedule. |
| 11:00 am - 6:00 pm | Glen View Café Open: Food available for purchase under the Festival tent. |

| 11:45 am | All teams to the Start Area. First lap racers must be ready to go at noon |
| 12:00 pm | Cannon Fires! Le Mans Start: the first racers will run a lap around the pond on foot before jumping on his/her bike. Race is officially underway! |
| 12:30 pm | 24 Minutes of Great Glen course opens for the kids to practice, Festival Area |
| 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm | Registration and bib pick up for 24 Minutes of Great Glen, Festival Tent |
| 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm | Face Painting, Festival Tent |
| 1:30 pm | "Who's A Fuzzy Bunny?" Marshmallow Stuffing Contest, Festival Area |
| 2:15 pm | Wheelie Contest, meet under the Festival Tent |
| 3:00 pm | 24 Minutes of Great Glen, Kids' Bike Race, sponsored by the Bike Shop, Festival Area |
| 4:30 pm | Tire Changing Contest sponsored by Michelin, Festival Area |
| 6:00 pm | Take on Crew 24 Cheese Doodle Toss sponsored by Dakine, Festival Tent |
| 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm | BBQ presented by Moat Mountain Smoke House |
| 7:00 pm | Per rules 16 & 17, racers must show lights when heading out onto the course. |
| 8:00 pm | Best Team Costume Award, Festival Tent |

Glen View Cafe Open: Hot coffee, soups & sandwiches available for purchase under the Festival Tent. Open all night and into the morning. |

| 6:00 am - 10:30 am | "Fried at 6" - Breakfast presented by Gorham High School Girls Soccer, $5 per person, under the Festival Tent. All proceeds benefit Gorham High School Girls Soccer. |
