Volunteer

A huge THANK YOU to everyone that has volunteered for us in the past. We couldn't hold this race without you. And, guess what? We need you again this year!

Positions that need volunteers include campground hosting, traffic control, timing, registration, and clean up. Volunteers are asked to contribute 4-hour shifts during the event.

Each team of four or more is encouraged to provide a volunteer to assist during the event. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

This is a great way to get involved in this unique and fun event. As a volunteer, you will have an unforgettable experience and will be as much a part of the event as the riders. Any one who would like to help is welcome.

Adult Volunteers will receive an event T-shirt, a trail pass to Great Glen, a pass to the Mt. Washington Auto Road (good for a Guided Tour or private vehicle), and a meal ticket for use during the event (this does not include the Saturday night BBQ).

Kid Volunteers Due to the nature of the event we have a few guidelines. Kids between the ages of 8 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult and are eligible for a special volunteer certificate. Kids 15-17 will receive a trail pass and a pass to the Mt. Washington Auto Road. We encourage all kids to volunteer. Check with your school or church for a Community Service Report Form. Bring this with you to the race and we can fill it out.

If you would like to volunteer for the 24 Hours of Great Glen, or any of our events, contact Mary Power, Event Director or Kelly Evans. Phone: 603-466-2333
